Easy set up! It’s good.
I emailed to see how about going to get a replacement tag for our dog. HeyBuddy answered right away and was able to ship the replacement out fast!!! So very thankful for HeyBuddy tags as our dog went on an adventure and when the tag was scanned I was notified where our dog Buddy was !!! I even doubled up my order and they were prompt at cancelling and issuing a refund. The only down fall on the tag is that the rubber seems to break when on the collar.
Products look great. Working well so far. Easy setup.
Engraving
My dogs both needed new tags, because theirs ripped within a week of each other. Had great difficulty in getting the new ones ordered. First order was cancelled, but my money was taken out of my account. Second order was put in and delivered. Was disappointed in the "metal" tag. The tag itself is just plastic. I don't expect these tags to last long. Oh...and I also had money taken out of my account on the 2nd order too. Was very disappointed.
Recently received "Fred's" replacement QR tag to replace his original on which "wore out" after several years of being on his collar 24/7.
The Hey Buddy replacement system is great in updating at minimal cost 👍
